It seems there is a huge paywall blocking access to Test Tool (rev419); for members only, and that's very expensive.

Guest, This tool is produced for members of the ONVIF manufacturers consortium, unfortunately, it's not for the likes of us, which takes us to the only other utility, ONVIF Device Manager - a utility made in Minsk, by a company based in Belarus and Russia. Not particularly useful for a security environment. I think the consortium needs to address this.
